• Children above 10 years will be charged as adult. Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be
  considered as child and charged child rate.
• By UAE law, pregnant ladies, people with heart & back problems, and infants (under 3 years
  old) are not allowed in shared dune bashing activity by car. (If these conditions apply to you,
  please contact our consultant to customize your tour)
• Cancellation should be before 24 hours
• 100 % Charge for no-shows or cancellations made on same time
• Rates will be subject to change without further notice
• We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to
  risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
• Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance
  does not cover it.
• The tour operator accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or
  death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the activities and/or in
  connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any activities. All personal
  effects are always at your sole risk during the activity. You understand and accept the
  potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain activities. You take responsibility
